In the video, you can see the appliance placed in the sinking tailbone. All the muscles that go from the back to the pelvis and from there to the femur should be felt; the goal \u00a0is that all those muscles relax when stretching the legs.<\/p>\n<p>In the correct position, lying on the sacrum wedgy, Dr. explains how the psoas muscle (hip flexor) is released; commonly this muscle contributes to back pain and to its unnecessary rotation. To relax it, one leg must be bent (while the other is stretched) and then the stretched leg should be doing point with the feet, at least 5 repetitions with each leg, holding the pointed foot in the final position.<\/p>\n<p>The exercise program using this tool lasts between 15-20 minutes a day, depending on what your therapist at the \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/neuroft.com\/en\/\">Cl\u00ednica
