When doing so, make sure that when holding a plate, your spine is straight and your elbows form a 90\u00ba angle.<\/p>\n<p>One of the <strong>recommendations<\/strong> to \u00a0follow when you have to be in front of the sink for a long time is to place a step, a block, or a book. This small elevation will allow you to place one of your feet on top and help unload the weight on the legs and not on the back.
