{"id":6856,"date":"2019-09-19T12:22:50","date_gmt":"2019-09-19T20:22:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gql.fus.mybluehost.me\/en\/?p=1003"},"modified":"2021-06-03T22:55:39","modified_gmt":"2021-06-04T04:55:39","slug":"patient-manages-to-stand-up-after-5-years","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/neuroft.com\/en\/patient-manages-to-stand-up-after-5-years\/","title":{"rendered":"Patient manages to stand up after 5 years"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img class=\"wp-image-1004\" src=\"https:\/\/neuroft.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-09-18-at-09.24.55-768x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><br \/> Dr. Lisa: Well here we have Heidy with us who just finished the therapy session today, and stood up after how many years? <br \/>Heidy: about 5 years <br \/>Dr. Lisa: 5 years, and how did it feel to stand up? <br \/>Heidy: I ??feel different, I didn't get dizzy as fast as I thought I was going to get dizzy but it feels very good, I stretched my whole back, it's amazing to stand up with the help of a machine again it's gratifying<br \/>Dr. Lisa: We are also very proud of Heidy because she just improved her time in the marathon that Flamingo did this Saturday, how many minutes did the weather improve? <br \/>Heidy: 27 minutes thank God <br \/>Dr. Lisa: And also commenting with heidy, has it been how many years with back pain?<br \/> Heidy: Well, I think I have 18 years since the injury, I can be 18 years of having back pain, more than I have nerves sewn to the skin and that affects a little not having pain at all. <br \/>Dr. Lisa: And what level of injury do you have? <br \/>Heidy: In L1 <br \/>Dr. Lisa: Then in the lower back the spinal cord was injured<br \/>Heidy: It broke in half <br \/>Dr. Lisa: He broke in half and that has made him unable to use his legs Heidy: Right, I have complete paraplegia <br \/>Dr. Lisa: But an artist is made because she is competing everywhere, improving the marathon, with goals to go to Chicago and Minnesota next year, we want to support and congratulate her.
