El sedentarismo es un estilo de vida cada vez m\u00e1s com\u00fan. En las ciudades el crecimiento r\u00e1pido y pr\u00e1cticamente descontrolado de la urbanizaci\u00f3n ha creado factores que aumentan la falta de actividad f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p>Entre ellos podemos mencionar la superpoblaci\u00f3n, horarios laborales extensos, inexistencia de espacios p\u00fablicos recreativos como parques o instalaciones deportivas e incluso el incremento del tr\u00e1fico
