Ariana Espinoza, shows a recommendation to improve the sitting position.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><p><strong>Other tips may include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Change position frequently while sitting, also can be combined by taking short walks every so often to relieve muscle tension, as well as stretching the muscles gently.<\/p>\n<p>It is also advisable not to cross your legs, it is best to keep your feet on the floor with your ankles a little more in front of your knees. And always touch the floor with your feet. Footrests are very useful.<\/p>\n<p>Another tip is to keep your shoulders relaxed, they should not be hunched or stretched backwards. While the elbows should be close to your body, they should be bent, forming an angle of 90 and 120 degrees.<\/p>\n<p>The back should be properly supported. Pillows or other support can be used to ensure that the curve of the lower back is comfortable.
