The posture we adopt when sleeping directly influences our health. Although we do not usually give the required importance to rest, doing it in a conscious way can give us a better quality of life.<\/p>\n<p>As we grow older, we need fewer hours of sleep. Babies, children and teenagers sleep more because their body is developing. When adulthood is reached, the average varies between 7 to 9 hours, depending on the person.<\/p>\n<p>It is important to be responsible and respect those hours of daily sleep, because by not doing so, we can increase the risk of suffering important health problems.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p>There are many factors that influence quality restful sleep. When lying in the fetal position, the knee naturally angles lower relative to the hip. This position puts more stress on your lower back. By placing the pillow between the legs, the knee is at the same height as the hip, allowing all the benefits of the position to be harnessed.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-image-element \"
