Dr. Lisa Riggioni, D.P.T., is from San José, Costa Rica and specializes in neurological rehabilitation. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor of Science; from the University of Florida at Gainesville with a Master’s in Physical Therapy; and from ATSU in Mesa, Arizona with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Dr. Riggioni is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the Neuro-Developmental Treatment Association (NDTA), and the “Colegio de Medicos y Cirujanos de Costa Rica.” Her credentials include two prestigious certifications: Neurologic Specialist Certification (NCS) obtained from the APTA after passing a rigorous, national qualifying examination, and NDT certification awarded after successful completion of both theoretical and practical training specifically designed for that purpose. Dr. Riggioni (D.P.T.) has extensive experience treating patients suffering from neurological disorders at Florida Hospital and Orlando Regional Medical Center in Orlando, Florida, as well as at St. John’s Medical Center in Springfield, Missouri. Culturally diverse, Dr. Riggioni (D.P.T.) is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian.
Ana Gabriela Campos, Physical Therapist
Ana Gabriela Campos Montero was born in San José, Costa Rica. She is a licensed Physical Therapist, & graduated with Honors from the University Santa Paula. She is currently a member of the Costa Rican Physical Therapy Association. She has continuing education courses in Masotherapy Techniques and Kinesio-Taping. She is CPR certified. She completed her clinical internships at the ” Fundación Pro-Jóvenes con Parálisis Cerebral” ,& her geriatric clinical experience was completed at “Hogar de Ancianos de Piedades de Santa Ana”, & her acute-care internship at “Hospital Rafael Ángel Calderón Guardia”. She has had experience working at a special education school working with the pediatric population, especially with autism and cerebral palsy disorders. She has also worked in home physical therapy services to the adult & geriatric population. Currently, she is studying English as a second language.
Ariana Espinoza, Physical Therapist
Ariana Espinoza Aguilar was born in San José, Costa Rica. She has a degree in Physical Therapy from Santa Paula University. She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Liberty University in Virginia, USA . Ariana has complementary studies in Masotherapy and Kinesio-taping. She was an intern at Central Health and Rehab Associates of Central Virginia, Lynchburg, Virginia. Worked as a physical therapy assistant at Blue Ridge Bone & Joint in Asheville, North Carolina. Ariana carried out her pediatric internship in Tic Tac Toe in Barrio Escalante, the geriatric internship in the Hogar San Pedro Claver, and her inpatient internship in CENARE. Ariana is fluent in Spanish & English.
Natalia Mora Gamboa, Physical Therapist
Natalia Mora Gamboa was born in San José, Costa Rica. She has a degree in Physical Therapy from Santa Paula University. She has certifications in Pilates, Equestrian Therapy, & Maso-therapy obtained from the ” Colegio Universitario de Cartago, CUC”. Currently, she is completing her final year of her Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the Osteopathy School of Madrid, EOM, in Central America. She completed her pediatric internship at the “Fundacion Pro-Jovenes con Paralisis Cerebral” & her geriatric internship at the “Asociacion Cartaginesa de Atencion al Ciudadano en la tercera edad, ASCATE”. She completed her inpatient internship in the “Centro Nacional de Rehabilitacion, CENARE”. Natalia wasge Bone & Joint in Asheville, North Carolina. Ariana carried out her pediatric internship in Tic Tac Toe in Barrio Escalante, the geriatric internship in the Hogar San Pedro Claver, and her inpatient internship in CENARE. Natalia is fluent in Spanish & English, and she is currently undergoing special training in Costa Rican sign Language, LESKO.
Marianne Robert León, Speech Therapist
Marianne Robert León , born in San José, Costa Rica.Graduated from Universidad Santa Paula, Costa Rica as a Speech Therapy Clinician. She has clinical experience in maintaining and improving voice and communication disorders in older adults; as well as the assessment, diagnosis and intervention of language difficulties in children and adults . She has collaborated with pediatric patients in Clínica Santa Paula and with the “Association of Children with Cerebral Palsy”; as well as with the adult patients in “Hospital México” (in Costa Rica), “Carlos María Ulloa nursing home” & daycare center “La Casa Sol” , working with cognitive, language, speech , voice and swallowing disorders. Co-author of the guide for cognitive stimulation, in order to maintain communication in patients with Parkinson’s and degenerative diseases. Bilingual therapist certified in voice treatment approach for individual’s suffering from Parkinson’s disease: “LSVT LOUD” .

Melody was born in San José, Costa Rica. She has two children and enjoys watching them play sports. She likes to listen to music and spend time with her family at the beach. She is currently studying English.

Paula Cabezas Céspedes was born in Cartago, Costa Rica. She studied Social Services at UCR, and she is currently studying photography at Universidad Veritas. She also has a diploma in Human Rights, and international refugee law from UNESCO-ACNUR Chair. Paula is fluent in Spanish and English
